LOAD. Slip waste collection bag over transfer handle between handle and bag controller.		SCOOP. Scoop up waste.		BAG. Tilt scoopup to drop waste through handle into bag (bag will close when scoop is tilted back down).		DISCARD. When all waste has been gathered, remove bag, seal and place in trash.
